Historical Aerial Photographs

We have 100% coverage of the entire United States!  We have exclusive access to one of the largest collections of aerial photographs in the country.  You may select the decades you want and only pay for the ones you receive.  Our aerials date back as early as 1930 and arrive in digital format.  
Historical Fire Insurance Maps

InfoMap Technologies, Inc. can provide you with Fire Insurance Maps that detail the usage of your site property as far back as the late 1800's.  These maps are a valuable tool in determining underground storage tank locations, as well as, the storage/usage of hazardous materials.  These maps have excellent viewing quality and are emailed to you within 24 hours. 

City Directories
City Directories are essentially reverse telephone book look-ups.  All you need is a street address and we will research the historical listings, as well as, the listings surrounding that address.  If your site contains several tenants (i.e. a strip mall), you may order a Multi-Tennant Report.  We can also provide you with MacRea's Industrial Directories where available.  All results are emailed directly to you. 
Historical Topographic Maps
Our Historical Topographic Maps are always delivered to you digitally and in full color.  All the available maps will be provided and are published by the USGS.
Environmental Lien Searches
The enactment of AAI has brought about increased attention to Environmental Liens.  InfoMap Technologies, Inc. will not only search for the presence of Environmental Liens, but will provide you with a complete listing of all deed restrictions associated with your site. 
Chain of Title
Each Chain of Title search provides a listing of ownership for your site property.   Searches go back at least 50-years and include name of owner, date of acquisition and deed book & page number.  Results are emailed directly to you.
Municipal Reports

InfoMap Technologies, Inc. can handle the researching of records on file at local municipalities.  These can include building/zoning records and health department files.  We can also interview local officials such as building inspectors and fire marshals for pertinent environmental information pertaining to your site.
